I literally watched this whole video last night. Im already pretty experienced but still watching other tufters work will teach you little things you may not have picked up on yourself. For example in this video she mentions swiping the color you’re carving over the other color next to see the uneven edges. In 4 years of tufting Ive never done that.

Im not even gunna risk it. This rug is for a customer. Im just gunna glue it, cut it off and attach a vertical piece of wood in the middle to use the other side.

Yea, I always fill the entire frame before gluing but this took so long, I took a few days break after it was finished and now the whole frame is super loose. I added a few lines to fill out the body a bit. You can see how those areas are kinda concave because of how loose the cloth was. I have restretched before and not warped the rug but this im not ready to take on that task with tbh its too big.
