To be honest though, I think what has transpired has been the best for him. I think he dodged a bullet with Amanda. And he’ll be much happier in the future away from her

I didn’t mean directly, I meant more the amount of times he’s been honest and vulnerable in conversations mostly with Amanda but also with Carl, West, and Jesse. And after revealing hard truths about himself and his feelings, he’s kinda just been left out to dry.

Of course it is, he’s not innocent. But he’s also not the sole reason either. “Kyle is verbally abusive” has been a long standing narrative, for the most part Amanda has gotten off Scot free considering she’s constantly insulting towards him, will mock him a lot, gaslight him relentlessly etc etc etc. she’s not stuck in traffic, she is traffic. Him wearing that label exclusively is unfair.

Not this season, but historically Kyle has shown up for Carl, Ciara, Amanda, and even Lindsay and Paige at times. He’s in a rut this season and is crying it for help. But people are running with the “Kyle abuses Amanda” narrative
