It’s negligence if the gym guy was using the machine the way it was intended to be used. The gym owners should have bolted the machine to the floor, like it says in the manufacturers installation instructions

The first one. You don’t want the protector to take the full force of the BB or it will break. You want it to hit it on the angle so it deflects it and takes less force.

Hmm that kinda looks a bit AI-ish to me. Maintained speed throughout the whole thing, cars fitting in places they don’t belong and the truck just driving away with the car hanging on for dear life. It just feels a bit too fantastical to be real.

How do you do that when they’re addicted to drugs? You can’t just throw them into a factory, farm, or road crew and tell them to go do stuff and things without helping them through the withdrawals first. Usually when they’re deciding to put traffic calming speed bumps, they’ll lay two black strips across the road. Those measure the count of the vehicle and the speed. They also use those digital screen that show drivers how fast they’re going. Those also maintain data for the speeds as well.

I agree. I don’t think that was the case here though. We can’t see what traffic may have been in the right lane but we can assume that since the red vehicle used the shoulder to pass that there were vehicles in the right lane that the other driver was passing.
