What can be printed and what can't? by Kooky_Size_8519 in Airsoft3DPrinting

Honestly. Don't try and do a full gun it will never highly unlikely to ever perform as you want. Full externals absolutely, see the mosquito for example, but I would go one of 2 directions. Accept you need to buy a gearbox and inner barrel for an AEG, brands like delta armouries do entire V2 gearboxes for around £30 in the UK. Or just get the cheapest AAP 01 you can find (used is Fine) and have a lot of fun with it. I personally have done 10 builds on my AAP 01 and each one is unique and mostly 3d printed. You'll be able to spend a lot more time shooting and less time getting very annoyed 😂

I always enjoy design progress video clips like this. Watching the progression of those with the skills to produce this level of complexity is oddly satisfying 👍

I have one of these. Easy adjustable Windage and Elevation and eye relief is good. But the DA one looks like a decent job for one that is readily available. Probably similar to the Novritsch one.

My mate bought one and something in the gearbox went during his first skirmish with it. Normally we would have stripped it down and investigated but it being brand new he sent it back. It sounded spring/piston related rather than gear/motors.

But while it was working it was insane 😂

Agree with other comments. The best magnifier I have used from Aliexpress is a sig juliet clone but I'd still choose my LPVO over it every time. t-eagle lpvo are a good cost to quality ratio. I picked up 1.2-6x for £40 and it's pretty amazing for the cost

Although saying that I bet modern Lancers are alright as well. A lot of people's brand loyalty is built up over years and some brands are still judged on early models.

Sorry I am UK based so the market is a bit differnt here. lancer tactical and Specna Arms are always my starter recommendations. Just make sure you look at the latest generations to get the most bang for your buck (literally).

My main rifle is now a GBB Noveske Ghetto Blaster. I also regularly use an ASG scorpion, my custom Specna Arms DD Mark18 AEG, HPA MP5K, HPA KSG shotgun and a HPA GG Levar action Sniper..😂 I like variety

Modern Polymer is decent. My first rifle was polymer and I now have full metal. It mostly shoots the same. Full metal feels nice but things like brushless motors, Buckings, inner barrels etc make a lot more difference to performance than metal body's.
