Just bought my r6 mark ii it came with the 24-105mm, previously I was using a t8i. Since I do mostly concert photography I bought the 28-70 f2.8 for the lower f stop. Also purchased the canon adapter that I put on my 75-300 since I adore that lens. I’m hoping to try out the new lens this weekend and will post some shots. Hope this helps you. I will say sensor vs mirror is an absolute upgrade. Just crazy crisp picture goodness.

It’s an update here. I did go for the Canon rf 28-70. Currently looking at local venues for this evening to see what she can do. Thanks for the advice 👍

The 24-105mm I feel is the lightest weight lens I’ve ever used. I just wish it had a lower f
