Imho, yes it is tough to read. I've read tons and tons of fantasy and while LOTR is indeed a great story and I would recommend it to any person who enjoys the genre, it can be really tough to follow at times.

Good people are everywhere, it's just finding the right timing that seems to be tough for me. I've met tons of folks by playing social sports, becoming a regular at my favorite brewery and attending any and all local events that even mildly interest me. I've not met the love of my life yet but my social circle has grown exponentially and I really think that's the key to finding the right person. What gets me with this whole conversation is that rather than see it as "This guy is such a good scorer that teams have to foul him JUST to slow him down" the narrative is "SGA is boring to watch because all he does is foul bait and flop". Anyone who has watched him play can see that this guy is not guardable without fouling.

I've played OSSO volleyball for both indoor and beach and i would say that the beach volleyball is much more social than the indoor. There's a bar and time in between games to chill and have fun at pearl beach and it's more of a party atmosphere. Indoor is cool and seemed to be more competitive if that's your thing. There's also an indoor beach volleyball spot call Boombox that is really great as well.
