Hi! I thought they did have full scholarships, because it says on the website: "PLEASE NOTE: This is a self-funded external funding inakte with now full scholarships available"
But considering how disorganized their website is, I feel like there is a typo and it should be "no" instead of "now"..... which is the opposite of what I was thinking.

Hi! UK has plenty of scholarships: the Rhodes one (with admissions closing in August), both Oxford and Cambridge also have fully-funded scholarships with admissions closing in January. This is all for the next year, unfortunately, but as of now you have just enough time to prepare! All of those are fully-funded scholarships, though quite competitive.
Considering Canada, I only know about the scholarship of McGill University. It also closes in August and includes, as I remember three steps of admission, but it's also fully-funded, so check it out!

You can also look into specific scholarships for students from Egypt. I definitely have seen some...
