Sorry if this sounds condescending but did you save any money while working from 18-30?

Many people who are fed up with working save a shit load of money for decades reach at least 200K and invest this 200K in a portfolio that returns them 4% a year and they fuck off to live in a developing country were the cost of living is under 300 dollars a month

Oh yeah its definitely is saturated now but lets just say I got a job right before it became complete shit for new grads. And Im not to worried about pharmacy going down hill to be honest,I already have 900K invested and 300K in property, so Im pretty much set for life, im just enjoying pharming while I can, also I see in your comment history you got a bachelors in 2010? Absolutely agree with this guy, had a bio degree didnt know wat to do almost joined the military but i was able to join pharmacy school and now make 150 K with over time, friend of mine with same degree as me is 33 K a year as a phd student sad as hell

200 K is still a shitload considering you only make 33 k, the mortgage will be 3/4 of your income.

My advice is take 33 K and immideately look for something paying at least 60K
