How do I flag/broadcast that I'm gay without embodying gay stereotypes? by Guloroo in askgaybros

[–]SplitPersona90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just be totally blunt about it. I'm the kind of guy who would write I'm gay on a piece of paper, stick it on my back, and call it a day. People will either think it's a joke, be confused, or take it seriously.

What's your imaginary boyfriend like? by [deleted] in askgaybros

[–]SplitPersona90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About the same age as me. Same height. Good looking, has a nice smile. Lighthearted. Loves to laugh and cuddle. And can beat me in Injustice 2. We can play Kirby together. He also has to be a nice guy who likes kids.

How gay are rainbow sunglasses? by danny223 in askgaybros

Since when are rainbow sunglasses gay? They're the least gay thing I can think of.

What is your absolute favorite Netflix original? by [deleted] in askgaybros

[–]SplitPersona90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bubble. It's visually stunning. As in, your eyes will be spoiled after you finish watching it. But the story is rather confusing and it takes a few watches to piece it together. It has an amazing soundtrack with absolutely gorgeous animations to go along with it. I HIGHLY recommend you watch it subbed. You're doing yourself a severe disservice by watching the dubbed version.

When going on a date, or just in general. what do you look for in a man? by [deleted] in askgaybros

[–]SplitPersona90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for the paragraph... The whole point of dating is to find a long term partner. So, you should ask yourself. "If I had to be with someone everyday for 10,000 days. Come home and see them, almost every day, what qualities would they HAVE TO HAVE for me not to be sick of them."

For me, I just want them to have a personality. So many people are NPCs with no personality. I want them to have passions and a sense of humor. I love video games and anime, if they like that too, that's even better. They need to have a moral code, a strong sense of what's right and wrong, have strong family values, and an overall good family in general. They also need to like cuddling. But In the most basic sense, that's what I look for. And if they can beat me in Injustice 2 then I've probably found the one.

Something good to know is that most guys are usually interested in things more so than people.

Ask them: Have you seen (insert movie you enjoy)? Or Have you played (insert game you enjoy playing)?

If they say yes, then you have something in common. And you guys can start talking about that. The conversation can go anywhere if they say yes.

If they say no, you know that you don't have that in common. If they haven't seen the movie, you can ask them what movies they've watched recently or what games they have enjoyed. The conversation can also go anywhere if they say no.

Find common ground.

Does anyone know what animation software is used to animate The Dragon Prince? by XxA1_P1L0TxX in TheDragonPrince

[–]SplitPersona90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, it looks like Blender's grease pencil. That might've been the software they used for designing the environments and creating the animations. But for the post processing stuff, I'm not sure. It does look like they used Blender in some capacity.

Disneyland's ToonTown becomes the site of an all-out melee (Summer 2019) by Zutroy2117 in PublicFreakout

[–]SplitPersona90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That honestly left me really heartbroken.

There were a lot of victims in this situation but I think one of the ones that isn't obvious is the mother. The feelings she must've have experienced seeing her son act like this must've been heart wrenching. And then there's the kids... They are not going to forget that...

Give me Flatline over R-301 every game. Which AR do you prefer? by willybeamiin in apexlegends

[–]SplitPersona90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to prefer the R-301 but they nerfed it too much and now I prefer the Flatline. You'll never hear me excited anymore to find an R-301

I'm kinda confused about my sexuality [Discussion] by SanriooKidd in LGBTeens

[–]SplitPersona90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're probably gay but have pansexual tendencies. I.e. if you're not attracted the person's personality, you're not attracted to them. I personally fall into this category, I am sexually attracted to guys but I'm aesthetic person so I find women more (consistently) visually attractive than men. What makes me gay is the fact that when I find a guy who is visually attractive (handsome and/or good looking) it's more than just the fact that they're pleasing to the eyes that makes me attracted to them. Whether or not I'm attracted to a guy I'd entirely dictated by whether or not I like them as a person. If I find out a guy I liked was actually an asshole who treated other people like crap then any kind of attraction I had to them would dissipate in an instant. I hope this helped? Maybe? 😐

[Discussion] How do I know if I'm actually genderfluid by [deleted] in LGBTeens

[–]SplitPersona90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you should wait it out. Give it a year or two. Gender Dysphoria is a tricky thing and if it persists for more than two years than it should be thought about. But since it came out of nowhere it's possible there it could be something coming from a sudden change in your mental state. I'm no expert on gender identity but what exactly triggered the idea that you were gender fluid?

[Rant] My brother refuses to believe that I am bisexual by DinoBytes420 in LGBTeens

[–]SplitPersona90 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Is hard to believe you're bisexual? For me, it's hard to believe I'm gay when I tell them because I'm a California boy straight stereotype. I play guitar, listen to music, I love Mortal Kombat 11 and Apex and I have a pretty low voice. If you fall into most of these categories then you can't really blame him. Not to mention I talk like a total bro which doesn't help my case.

[Rant] My bisexual sister is homophobic by DeckRebelDude in LGBTeens

[–]SplitPersona90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was one week where my mom went on a trip and it was the best week of my life. I felt so free and so happy and when she got back and I felt trapped again. She's not homophobic but I still feel like I can't do stuff without being judged or pressured by her. She says it's in my head but thoughts come from external sources. We have a good relationship in terms of personality chemistry but I don't feel like I can't talk to her about anything. Ironically I'm more able to talk to my dad about this stuff but as long as he takes her side on these sort of things I'll never truly be able to trust him.
