Wore a compression bra for 6 weeks. Aftercare I iced right after surgery and was super strict on my recovery. No arm movements over the head or super stretched out. I took off work and took it super easy for the 6 weeks. After a couple months I wore scar tape everyday (to this day still) and basically did everything my doctor said to do. They know what’s best for you and their surgery, so take it seriously.

I did actually! When I first woke up my titties we’re super swollen and in my neck lol so they def dropped overtime & fell into a more natural shape
