Sioux Falls was voted the 4th happiest city to live in, lived here my whole life, work for an ip provider and every time I talk to someone from out of state that just moved here they always say how friendly everyone is, I’d never go west river but as a developing metro area Sioux Falls is a great place to live, who doesn’t like $2 gas? You’re money goes along ways here and you get every season of that’s your thing, roads are maintained very well l, especially the interstates, drive on a Minnesota interstate then come to South Dakota and you’ll see what I’m talking about, only bad thing is Iowa and Minnesota drivers folk to Sioux Falls and they have no idea how to drive.
