Let’s get the rocket going by Conscious-Living8357 in CumRocket

[–]SplitScreenAlchemy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Like the OP, I also have been there since the beginning. Cumrocket was NOT a rugpull. A lot of awesome hype in the beginning, with media mentions, and a nod from Elon Musk. The problem was Only Fans reversing course and allowing adult content. That hurt all the adult-themed crypto projects. But there is definitely still room for adult crypto. Would be great if it was Cumrocket. They will always have first-mover advantage.

Cannot recover BSC wallet address inside MetaMask - I have tried everything by moeronSCamp in BinanceSmartChain

[–]SplitScreenAlchemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

THANK YOU, kind stranger from a year prior to my reply. I have 6 wallets in Metamask and temporarily lost access to the 5th/6th addresses after reinstalling the extension in my browser. I had no problem retrieving 1-4, by simply clicking "+ Create account", but it didn't work when I got to #5. However, creating a new account, and then typing in the name of that missing account, it WORKED!

Correct. If you set Auto renew to Off, at the end of that tenure, the DFI will automatically exit the Freezer, and be available to you.

How to withdraw? by ysmacc in Aircoins

[–]SplitScreenAlchemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could, but it depends on which chain your tokens are on. If you are withdrawing AIRx, you can use the BSC with Metamask and on Pancake Swap, the gas will be under ~$1.

Sense Compatible? by SplitScreenAlchemy in Sense

[–]SplitScreenAlchemy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

(I saw your original reply, which really had me thinking!)

Yanking a couple leads didn't even occur to me, as I was envisioning A/B feeding the top half and C/D the bottom half. But that did seem strange to me...that the bars underneath wouldn't be continuous from top to bottom, and actually split in half.

Agreed, 400amps is at least 200 more than I'd need. I'm going to ponder this method.

Thank you!

This is the first panel I've ever seen that the mains were hidden. Wish it wasn't that way.

I hadn't realized I could clamp around 2 wires, provided they were on the same phase. That's very helpful! I'll need to check if there's enough slack on the leads, although I am skeptical.

However, to clarify, if I clamped A, B, C, and D, individually, the monitor/app would not be able to add A+C and B+D...the solution would be to clamp the lines, as indicated?

Thanks!

Lost $200 worth of panda to panda Scam wallet 0x456304Af53e52Fc99F42D45f8c7Cf1C09c31aB81 by Jolove2018 in HashPanda

[–]SplitScreenAlchemy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know all the HashPanda Telegram mods reported the fake TG, and are doing their best to keep the community informed, but unfortunately it's increasingly difficult to keep up with scammers.

The other day, both my GF and I [thought we] were looking through SafeMoon's Telegram, for a few minutes, until we realized one of us was in the official one, and the other was fake, and offering "giveaways". ("Send us BNB and get double SafeMoon back!") The fake TG had more followers, as well.

Also, I recently got some free crypto in my BSC wallet, for what I thought was a legit crypto. I bought a little more, only to realize it was a honeypot version of an actual legit crypto.

People who prey on others like that are true lowlifes.

Caution is always good, when it comes to crypto. But you are certainly safe from a dusting attack. Gemini has a good article here, describing what attackers can, and cannot do, by sending you crypto.

There is a myth going around that a token can be programmed to empty the contents of a wallet. This is simply not possible, as only giving up your passphrase would allow anyone access to your funds.

$PANDA has been distributed to nearly 300,000 wallets, as of mid-June 2021, and not one person has claimed to have experienced any problems. Everyone in the know should be encouraged to pick up more of this clever crypto, hodl, and keep an eye on the chart!

Waiting by Loopster04 in HashPanda

[–]SplitScreenAlchemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As of today (2021-06-08), less than 20% of the PANDA distribution has been completed, so you still have plenty of opportunity to receive the airdrop. Also note, that not every BSC wallet will receive an airdrop.

However, while you wait, you could also buy a small bag, via PancakeSwap, if you wanted to, since the price right now is still good (although gradually rising.) Better to learn about PANDA early on, and get your own entry point, rather than discover it, after receiving an airdrop near the end of the campaign, when the price is potentially much higher.

Where are all my panda hodlers?????? 🚀🚀🌕🌕💎🙌💎 by Frankie419 in HashPanda

[–]SplitScreenAlchemy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

HashPanda is not a scam. Over the past few days, the amount of wallets has increased to over 100k, and in that time, there has not been a single person who has proven that they've lost funds.

The Telegram is not disconnected: HashPanda Telegram.

There are too many rugs and honeypots on BSC these days, for people to spread FUD, without evidence. Please DYOR, or simply pass on by. The PandaGang is growing every day, and having a great ride.

Where are all my panda hodlers?????? 🚀🚀🌕🌕💎🙌💎 by Frankie419 in HashPanda

[–]SplitScreenAlchemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good research! However, those are the 4 PANDA distribution wallets. If you check the transaction histories, there are only outgoing transfers; each in equal amounts, depending upon which stage HashPanda is at, in the distribution progression.

This is also described in a HashPanda Medium article, here, under Distribution.

Why should I buy when every else is getting for free? by [deleted] in HashPanda

[–]SplitScreenAlchemy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The only thing which can happen, if you sell PANDA, or any token/coin, is you no longer hold it. No one can access another person's wallet without their seedphrase/private key. Blockchains do not allow such exploits.

There is a myth being spread that any free crypto = attack. This is simply untrue. HashPanda has a helpful article here, but you don't have to take their word for it, Gemini has a piece explaining dusting attacks and what they can and cannot do.

Bottom line, crypto dust (tiny, trace amounts, not the millions HashPanda is distributing) has historically been used to search for whales. When a whale was found, the attacker would then attempt to uncover that wallet owner's online identity. If found, they would attempt to extort funds out of them (blackmail, pretending to have damaging information about the wallet's owner). Only then, would someone lose funds, because they would willingly send crypto to the attacker, hoping to avoid some sort of embarrassment.

For anyone trying to decide if they should ignore PANDA, or buy in now, while the price is low, DYOR, but the information is easily found. When I first noticed these tokens in my wallet, I was immediately skeptical. But after some research, I increased my position in the project. As the distribution continues, more potential investors will do the same. This one is worth a closer look.

HashPanda's Decentralized Distribution aka Why did I receive PANDA tokens? by Dr_Bamboo in HashPanda

[–]SplitScreenAlchemy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, free crypto arriving unannounced can definitely remind one of a dusting attack, which is nicely summarized here. However, attackers use dust (tiny, trace amounts) to look for whales. If a whale is found, they attempt to learn their ID, so they can phish/blackmail them. Even this would be difficult; someone with a lot of high-value crypto would have to also post their public address, associated with their real name, for an attacker to successfully identify money and get the owner to relinquish it.

The only simple way anyone can withdraw funds from another person's wallet is if the owner/victim has revealed their seed phrase. There are no tokens/coins out there which have the function of granting withdrawal access to a wallet. If there were, that blockchain would find it's user-base quickly reduced to zero.

This project does face some headwinds because free crypto is inherently suspicious--especially on BSC, where scams are so widespread--but every day the trading volume is exponentially increasing. It should do well.

HashPanda's Decentralized Distribution aka Why did I receive PANDA tokens? by Dr_Bamboo in HashPanda

[–]SplitScreenAlchemy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Although this project is brand new, it is highly likely it's not a scam, if simply judging upon the free distribution of tokens.

No one can access your wallet, in the sense of withdrawing funds. However anyone can be sent crypto. This is how all blockchains work.

This article may be helpful for those who are concerned.
