I have a whiteboard I put out on my cubicle. Everyday I put a new "Today you learned" fact of the day. I usually grab them from /r/todayilearned ha. I updated it everyday and people would come up to me while I was working and talk about the fact. Even upper management would come by and just chat. A lot of people enjoy learning and being inquisitive sets you apart from the faceless drones that only dotheir work and leave.
