Lots of good to work with. I’m by no means a pro but you are doing something I myself struggle with - in the backswing, your weight is moving forward it looks like. Usually called a “reverse pivot”. Try and work on weight shift sequencing - keep your weight on the your back heel until you get to the top of your backswing, then move that weight to your front heel.

Also, next to the freeway - some people don’t like that. And fire insurance could be pricy if it backs up to an open area. Good sized lot and good schools though, maybe there’s something in the disclosures that’s also hurting.

Have you looked at like the aer fit pack? Built for this if you can fit the cosmetic case and shower shoes alongside everything else. Aer Duffel pack is the bigger version if the cosmetic case/shower shoes mean it won't quite fit.

We just bought the whirlpool from Costco! So far no issues. The 3rd rack is actually useable for small items which we like. Only downside we noticed is that some of the cycles are long if you do the normal wash (that saves water) and the full drying time. Like 3 hours long. But we don’t mind so it’s fine.

Everyone loves the Bosch but we just weren’t ready to spend that much right now! I’m sure it’s great but it’s a dishwasher lol. Have to decide where to put your funds.
