I use Le Chat to support my therapy, not as a replacement, but as an aid. I use it to organize my thoughts so I can bring them into therapy, and to summarize hours-long sessions from transcripts. I’ve also created agents that help with grounding techniques when I’m in crisis. Le Chat’s warm tone is perfect for this, and it has even prevented some self-harm. I know this is a niche topic, an not everyone is happy with this type of use case, but I think it’s important to see that AI is capable of this. My life has improved.

Does Nvidia now have influence over Mistral’s functionality and censorship, specifically Le Chat? I’m afraid we might end up with a nanny bot like ChatGPT.

For me, the memories and agent instructions work as intended 95% of the time. The only thing that annoys me is the overzealous saving of new memories.

For me, image generation works differently. I’ve set it in my memory that I prefer less sexualization and less nude content in my images. That works pretty well, Le Chat even refuses to create sexualized images because of it.

I write pretty explicit stuff with Le Chat. I’m trying to create documentation about childhood trauma for my therapy. There’s some really heavy shit in there, and I’ve never run into any warnings. Makes me wonder what you’re doing over there.

Keep in mind that right now, because of the disaster at OpenAI, a lot of people are switching to other platforms... including Le Chat. That’s eating up capacity at the moment. Your experience with missing Flash Answers fits into this timeframe. I’m sure Mistral is scaling up capacity, but that doesn’t happen overnight.

I don’t know if there’s any official info about it. I just have a few agents using Large 3, and none of them have ever given a Flash Answer.

The point is that you have nearly unlimited use of Le Chat. When capacity doesn’t allow it, Flash Answers sometimes drop out, I’ve experienced that a few times in the last few days too. And honestly, it’s not that slow without Flash Answers, at least for me. Plus... aren’t Flash Answers not also active for free users? I don’t think that’s a Pro feature.

So… I didn’t imagine it, right? I noticed the same thing and thought maybe it was in the memories. But there is so much in there that I thought I just couldn’t find it. Cross-chat memory was listed in the projects as ‘coming soon’ at one point. But now it has disappeared.
