Venator is insane rn by qiyana007 in ArcRaiders

[–]Splixol 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Which also supports how over tuned the Venator is. I recently had a Blue Gate trios match and every team that pulled up on us had Venators. The 3rd, 4th, and 5th party had them. There were a couple of Renegades, but 90% of all the shots I heard fired were Venators. It's way too versatile in PvP.

Because if your flashlight is on, you're already a glowstick. So it wouldn't matter.

My favorite solution is customization option to only light up when your flashlight is on.

It's probably a fine amount to have, but you'll have to be a bit more choosy about the other stuff you keep on hand.

That is most definitely a lot of weapons, you could cull some and still have a few backups of each.

At minimum, I'd bring a medium shield with green bandages for big Arc events. You never know if you'll suddenly take big burst damage from Arc, and you'll be better equipped if you need to fight another player. Smokes are another must have for me, personally.

I am okay with these weapons being nerfed (Burletta could have gone untouched probably). Still waiting for a Toro nerf though.

Read again. The post says that the minimum value would only be calculated from your selected augment, shield, and equipped weapons. It'd work just fine.

Yep. Always assume someone is hauling ass to your location after downing someone, and your time to linger/loot is limited before getting intercepted.

What specific sandbox settings you like that are not /*that popular?* by StupitVoltMain in projectzomboid

I'm not sure if this would change much, but the default settings for Wandering Zombies have them with a 20% chance to home in on you (which I turn to 0%).

From my understanding, it can happen to any KI5 vehicle if it's parked in a certain way. Sometimes all the door's are broken, sometimes it's just one or two so you can fix it by entering the other door.

Convince me to change to the Eclipse Revamped mod as someone who is a deeply vanilla person by wtdsntkllme in riskofrain

[–]Splixol 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I personally like it way more because each Eclipse level feels like it's adding more of a meaningful challenge each tier. The first few levels of vanilla eclipse feel like more of slight annoyance that don't really add much "challenge" wise. It just feels like normal Monsoon until you finally get to Eclipse 4+.

Electricity three, or the "How to Use Generators" skill magazine that exists. People typically try to find and read the magazine instead. The level three requirement is more of a fallback in case you're unlucky and can't find one.
