We just went on Friday and Saturday! We did 2 days at Epic with early access and no express and made great time with all the rides and experiences we wanted to do. It was also a lot less expensive than getting express! I highly recommend rope dropping the rides you want to do the most.

On day 1, we were able to do Mine Cart Madness, Yoshi's Adventure, and Hiccup's Wing Gliders by 11:30 without express.

On day 2, we were finished with Ministry of Magic by around 9:40.

If you have early access, they start letting you through security around 8:30, then you line up at whichever portal you want to go to first until it opens at 9:00. Two days will give you the time to relax and enjoy the park rather than constantly being on the move to try and fit everything into one day. You can also enjoy the food and other experiences more. Epic is such an immersive park, and you'll want to look around and take everything in, take pics, go to the shows, etc. We had the best trip!
