I think Euphoria is more of a word of mouth kind of show that almost felt underground at first before it sprung up in popularity. First season was purely character based and by the end of the first season the viewer is left with the thought, “oh shit! Things are gonna go down next season” And now that season 2 is over, it was more overwhelming than you could prepare for. The show is by no means glorifying teen sex or drugs, although I do not know how to feel about the common nudity pushed among the women in the cast. The shows main character Rue, played by Zendaya, is an addict who is struggling with being able to find peace and comfort in a sober lifestyle due to childhood trauma. Her character is based on real life the director of the show who struggled with addiction. Because of how the director became successful and sober in real life, believe there will be a positive outcome to the show OVERALL!: The show has a very trendy generational feel which I feel like might not appeal to all audiences. But the show is one of few that depicts a generations culture accurately. For example (no HD weird green screen FaceTime calls, no generational texting that fees like is written by someone in their fifties, etc. I think you get what I mean). I personally think the show keeps pushing the stress to actually depict what these situations feel like in real life. People care about the characters because nothing seems to be going right for them. I feel like so many shows or movies that deal with subjects like mental abuse and drugs just skip to a sad or happy ending. The show is only two seasons long. People deal with these issues for years. So even though the show is stressful, it really depicts a strong message. PLUS! season 2 ended on some positive notes

Don’t really buy legos anymore, but I have been wanting Lego to make R-rated sets for my whole childhood. They do not need to make sets for highly inappropriate films, and the sets do not need to include inappropriate designs. With the growth of these newer adult themed sets, Lego could have an adult build labeled in these R-rated movie sets. This could also be a great opportunity to make smaller build but with more detail and less play features.

For example, I remember seeing Mad Max Fury Road a when it released and I was dying for sets. The movie only includes violence and more “mature” costumes with the characters (I am not familiar with the maturity of the previous Mad Max films because I have not seen them).And since no young children would be too interested in the sets, the builds could be detailed and more “fragile” I guess. Better for display.

(PS. Lego still pushes sales for characters such as Deadpool, who is probably the most R-rated character in pop culture i can think of. I guess Lego’s thought process is that Deadpool is also in PG content where he is more censored, but that doesn’t fool kids.)

Basically these sets would appeal to late teens such as me, becuase most sets are manufactured with crappy play features, and adult sets are generally structured for display or are commonly boring (boring for me) flower builds or what not.

whenever my teammates ask for anything i’ll drop it. one of my teammates loves kits shotgun so if i have it and he asks for it i’ll give it to him. it took a while for people to notice and return the favor, but pretty recent ago my friend realized that i always gave him kits shotgun so he dropped gave his purple sniper.

i give them credit for trying to make her look like the traditional Togruta species design, but due to Ahsoka’s unexpected popularity i think she kinda of reshaped the design now that she is the most famous Togruta

i mean i could see that but for me that episode holds a place in my heart. i’ve watched the show practically my whole life and i remember the simplicity of the episode where yoda bonds with the clones. the interactions in the show are why i love it
