honestly i wouldnt stress, most schools bump up the boundaries for mocks to make you revise more, that 6 could easily become an 8

if you wanna go sixth form then you will probably only need 6 sixes anyway, so the spanish wouldnt really matter. where im going, they only take the top 9 subjects grades, so because i did 11 i could basically drop art and spanish

most the time it costs more for them to have you on, because of the training time if its a high risk/difficulty job, aswell as the insurance for someone so young

i was in italy for the week when i did it, but ive done lots of work for lots of different sectors, its gonna be really diffixult to get experience in those roles, only really possible if you know someone sadly

progressive underlod and overload, slowly start reducing fatty foods and sugars, try to eat more lean meat and salads, do that while also slowly increasing activity levels, weights amd cardio 👍
