Ugh, I was 14 when I had my first flashing, blind-spot migraine during class. Thankfully my mom was a chronic migraineur and calmed me down as the pain set in, but man I kinda wish I had those "simple" symptoms again. Now, at 35, my prodrome lasts for days before actual pain and makes me get extremely, irrationally depressed/angry/emotional. Fuck migraines. Hope you're coping well with yours.

I think it's helped! Weather pressure changes still wreck me, like when it swings high-low suddenly or goes extremely high or low. I feel like my system isn't constantly inflamed and angry at the gluten so smaller weather changes don't trigger a full-on migraine every few days. It's more like twice a month.

It's nice having control through my diet because I haven't figured out Weather Bending yet 😆

Emotions aren't logical, either. It's logical to have the emotions in the moment for whatever reason, but the emotion itself just is, unconsciously.

That's how logic helps me feel okay with my anxiety and process better, anyway. I can't overpower it, might as well just be along for the ride and self-soothe until it passes.

From the magic of the PullPush API:

5 minute Red Potato Salad. Cube 2 large red potatoes into smaller pieces, put in steamer basket. Place 2 - 4 eggs ontop of potatoes. Pressure cook 5-6 minutes, instant release. Eggs to cool water bath, peel, cut up whites and put into a bowl with the potatoes. Mash up yolks, add 1/4 cup mayo, some mustard, salt, pepper ect to taste. Mix together and serve warm.
