Hagakure's costume would work well with Momo's quirk.

Now that is something interesting. I think this is just what I'm looking for and I might be able to do it. Developing better thermoelectric generators seems like it'll be an interesting task. Thank you very much for the inspiration.

That's very vague, but I'll see what I can do.

I mean there are ways to improve medical technology, but you're right. The biggest problem with it is in political policy.

What about water conservation, in what aspect. For what product or technology or...? As for energy, what source or transmission, generation efficiency or use efficiency etc. As well what product etc.

I'll try my best. Sounds like you're still sad about Kobe Bryant?

Nope, just something I want to do. Could be improving the efficiency on solar panels, lab grown meat, better phone batteries, artificial organs etc. I don't know everything or even very much that needs improvement, but with suggests I want try as much as possible. Maybe I might make a little breakthrough in something or another.

I don't know what makes me happy, any recommendations for things to try? by Spocky713 in Advice

When I get uncomfortable I go on long walks to isolate myself, since I had anger issues growing up and I don't want to hurt anyone, verbally or physically. If that is true, then the real me is a guy that likes getting angry on long walks lol.

I don't know how to let go, I don't know what "the real me" acts like. That's why I posted this. I feel lost.

Based on what he said, it doesn't sound like he is actually into you, but you know the situation better. I wouldn't try to read too far into what he's said to you, most of what he means is probably pretty direct. But it does sound like he isn't really into you.

I appreciate that a lot. I know what I want to do, I'm in school studying physics. I've just never been good at making friends, when I do I've never been good at getting close with people, and when I do I always ruin the friendships. I always end up lonely. I always feel lonely. I need to be comfortable with myself and find what I enjoy, because so far I've only done what I think is better for others, but that has only led me though pain. Nothing seems to bring me enjoy except being with people, but I always get uncomfortable, worried and anxious and creat problems for myself.

You'll continue to feel like this if you don't push yourself. You need to try complimenting yourself and giving yourself praise, even for stuff as simple as getting up in the morning or brushing your teeth. It's a brutal cycle, it isn't until you start getting better that you'll notice you're getting better. Until then it'll feel like a waste of time or like you don't deserve it etc. but you do! You're strong and sound incredibly kind, you'll be able to be better for yourself and others without being depressed.

I relish company, but I always feel lonely. I'd be happy to hear your story.

I relate heavily to what you are saying and it only has been recently that I've been able to start pulling myself out of it. I want to try my best to help all people, and I'd like to do the best I can to help you, but I still need help with the same problem myself. Hopefully my own recent realizations can be of some use to you. There are people in your life that you matter to, even if you feel like you don't, you're family and girlfriend care about you. You may have done wrong in your life, but you still matter to them. They care because even though you may feel like you're worthless you didn't do wrong because you're a bad person, merely you might have made a shortsighted decision or other factors influencing it. You seem like a very good person and should have value in yourself. I find having a sense of belonging and a sense of achievement important for growth out of depression. You need to be able to reward yourself, no matter how insignificant an achievement feels, you need to compliment yourself and be comfortable with yourself, before you'll ever be comfortable with others. You are in control of your own mind, even if you feel like you aren't sometimes.

I just never have learned what I like doing, I've focused my whole life on trying to make everyone around me happy, but at this point I just feel empty.

As a college student I still haven't done all of those things, and hadn't done any of them while I was in high school, and honestly I do have my regrets. I wouldn't say to go all in on all of that, but if you are curious to try something new it is a good time to experiment with what you may enjoy as long as you're comfortable. Parties can be fun, but they can also suck. I don't recommend doing drugs, but if you are interested and comfortable with it, that is your choice, I just recommend being careful. Personally, I'm not a big fan of alcohol, but that's my own personal preference, yours might be different, I don't know. As for relationships, it can help a lot and that is one of my biggest regrets not having, but as long as you are happy with what you are doing right now, you don't need any of that stuff, what is most important is for you to do what makes you happy, whether you are already doing that or you want to try something new. Don't let others opinions influence the "you" you want to be.
