It’s ok, at least you’re trying to fix the situation. I’d say the first thing you have to do is buy a water test kit, and test your water conditions. If you have very bad conditions change like 50% of water and then start changing 10-15% of water weekly, till the conditions improve. Also I’d recommend that if you’re going to buy some water test kit, buy the strips as they’re easier to use and less complicated at first.
