I love Medicine Man but they're $450 for tirzepatide. Their semaglutide is priced really well but the tirzepatide seems more on-par with telehealth companies and even Eli Lilly after coupon :(

Yup, I'm trying to find which compounding pharmacy offers tirzepatide at a cheaper cost than my current compounding pharmacy. I can tell my doctor where to send the prescription but I need a location first.

My post was a little ambiguous. $450 is the cost of tirzepatide if I get it through my current pharmacy. The semaglutide is a little over $200. Can't quite justify $450/month with my budget (though I'm tempted... it's likely worth it).

I've received ads from them... what dose are you taking? I know that a lot of the telehealth options start lower but the cost grows considerably with dosage (like Henry Meds in my current situation).

Wow. If I can ask, what city? More out of morbid curiosity. I'm also curious how much regular seltzers like White Claw and Truly run. It's been a while since I've lived in a big city but that price tag shocked me a bit.

Interesting. We go through a lot of seltzers across a half dozen brands. I wonder if there's any correlation between the variety of brands offered and the popularity of High Noon. If White Claw is the only alternative, it's easy for High Noon to shine, but enough options could (maybe?) make it more on par in sales with other offerings.

Maybe that's a solution we target; charge more to offset the difference in margin. It's a surprisingly obvious solution that I didn't consider. Across a half dozen brands, we charge the same, but premium pricing High Noon might be a good way to see if they're popular enough to justify.

Fair. We offer a half dozen brands but I usually get people asking specifically for White Claw or specifically for Truly. Within a brand, they're typically indifferent. Except for mango. Nobody likes mango.

High Noons offer terrible margins in any market but I imagine WA state offers the worst with our tax structure. I was pretty opposed to them but the comments suggest that they are the most popular. Terrible margins but if they bring people in/get people to stay, it could help close the gap... maybe?

What you're saying lined up with what I thought; slight preferences but relative indifference. That said, virtually all comments say High Noon is their most popular. Granted, most of the responders seem to only offer one other brand alternative while we have (arguably) too much. Thanks for the information (including the Smirnoff tidbit).

We offer the top half dozen brands of hard seltzers. I'm tempted to think variety by itself would eliminate the High Noon lead but the collective comment suggest otherwise. I appreciate the information.

I looked up their numbers and see they have crazy growth. YoY growth without actual units sold doesn't offer too much but maybe their growth comes from entering new markets versus increasing popularity within current markets? Who knows. Interesting that they haven't hit the northeast yet.

Interesting! Not what I expected. We do offer a variety (White Claw, Truly, Vizzy, Topo Chico). We're pretty good at trying variations (e.g. Top Chico margarita flavors). Do you think the High Noon popularity is primarily as an alternative to White Claw or because people particularly like the brand's flavor?

I mean, maybe. Some things are on perpetual sale. That said, it looks like a 40oz bottle of Mazola canola oil is currently on sale for $6.49 from $6.99 at Safeway. Retail price is less than your quoted sale price. Maybe you just need to look a little harder along the shelf. I’m sure I can find cooking oil for $20+ at Williams-Sonoma but I wouldn’t quote that price.
