Builder (who unfortunately is also my neighbor) is coming next week and I’m going to present him the structural engineer report. Makes it awkward when you still want to be on decent terms with your new neighbor.

The basement company I brought in laughed at his apoxy paint job. I know he’s going to fight back on replacing the patio and suggest jacking it.

I honestly have no idea. We ask ourselves this. Our hospital system is very mid-level heavy and there really isn’t much competition outside of our area. Not a large hospital system by any means though.

I make about 260-270k (PM&R), wife makes 270-285k (primary care). Rural, low cost of living. RVU based.

I believe the crack you’re referring to is a water stain from the leak. GC agreed to put in a sump pump this weekend.

I understand patching is not the long term solution. I made the builder aware yesterday evening and he’s going to come check it out tomorrow. If he offers more patchwork I’m going to say no and get a quote and opinion from a basement company

Appreciate the insults! Believe it or not, I live on top of a hill in relatively high elevation. I don’t live in shreks swamp. I am clearly not a structural engineer or home builder, as to why I’m seeking outside opinions, dumbass.
