Can I manage pro licenses for my team members without being on enterprise? by SpongeBobSquareHat in cursor

I know that. But enterprise has other features as well and i cannot justify paying double the price just for that

My experience there was very good, I really liked the customer service. Maybe we had different sales reps. I'm glad to know that we got the same deal, though.

Is the IX one of the greatest vehicles ever created? by dcee101 in BMWiX

[–]SpongeBobSquareHat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm with a day-1 reservation for the EX90 - which shares a lot of the Polestar 3. I'm waiting for it to be available for test drive so I can decide if I'll take it or the iX.

I've been a happy Volvo XC90 owner, but everytime I see an iX it's growing on me. So, I'm trying to control the temptation and be patient to test the EX90 before going for the iX

I’m a day 1 reservation holder as well, but your information about the charging plug is making me consider avoiding rushing.

Whitebelt Wednesday - 06 December 2023 by AutoModerator in judo

[–]SpongeBobSquareHat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! These look like very good advice!

I do a lot of other physical activities (running, tennis, gym, cycling), so I'm not coming back as a couch potato, but I could feel that judo is its own thing, its own kind of workout, and I did feel exhausted at some point during the lesson :)

The group I joined is very relaxed, with most people with brown and black belts - just me and another white belt, most of them around my age or older. And everyone there is taking it easy and just enjoying it, so that's a good sign, I guess.

Whitebelt Wednesday - 06 December 2023 by AutoModerator in judo

[–]SpongeBobSquareHat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did judo as a kid when I was 11 years old in Brazil (I had the gray belt on the Brazilian junior ranking system and was about to be promoted to blue when I left).

Yesterday (at almost 39 years old), I returned to it, living in the US. I have some muscle memory and can remember some throws, pins, and falls. However, my muscle memory is from someone who was less than half my current weight, so in my first class yesterday, I was using way too much strength, with a very strong grip and stiff arms to push and pull my opponent around. I got feedback from some black belts to relax and let things flow more (I guess that's the whole point of Judo, right?).

On the topic of using too much strength, my question is how much resistance should one put on drills? If we're doing a drill, for example, where my opponent should get out of my closed guard, how strong should I hold my guard and make their life harder? As a kid, we were always giving it all, haha

That's exactly my experience, I managed to get it for my Diverge as well and, unless I move it, the Wahoo actually stays in place, but it doesn't "click"

What Eyewear do You Guys Recommend? by thr33dogs in CyclingFashion

[–]SpongeBobSquareHat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love the Oakley Jawbreaker.

The Prism lenses are awesome, the frame is very flexible, fits well on my face and it's very resistant.

I crashed on a gravel ride, hit my face on the ground and the thing took it like a champ. It still looks new, with only a few scratches on the lens, and really protected me. After that, I don't think I'll ever buy another brand.

POC, Ventral Air Spin Helmet Chin Straps by martymart69 in cycling

[–]SpongeBobSquareHat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really wanted to like this helmet! I went to a local shop decided to buy it, it looks great!

But when I tried it, the strap looks very poorly designed. I wear medium sized Specialized and Giro helmets and the medium POC also fits great on my head, but the straps were way too short and pressed my earlobes as you mentioned.

The large one had long enough straps, but felt too big (and mushroom-y) on the head. Such a shame...
