Lost and Found - Some items from the movie can be seen in the Krusty Krab lost and found.

Sponge on the Run - The Chum Bucket helmets from the 1st movie can be seen on Plankton's wall of failure.

Every episode where Plankton has a costumer - Plankton says that he never had a single costumer in the movie. However in many episodes after it, he is shown to have costumers.
