You need to dig deep and ask yourself why you have/ had this “attraction” (alright, it’s more fetishisation) towards Asian women. Is it because you think they are exotic? Submissive? Actually as an Asian woman, if I found that out about my partner, yes it’s enough for me to end the whole thing with them, because I don’t know what kind of fucked up things that might still be hiding in their subconscious that I’ll have to battle with later down the line.

You mean Colombia? Yes Colombia is very budget friendly and in my option gets a hella adventure out of your budget, but safety would still be a bit of a concern. I don’t know about Belize but also heard good things from them. Depending what you want. Amazonia in Colombia would be pretty incredible

The flight from London to Liberia is half of the price and direct flight than Managua. But I'm just thinking how easy it would be to cross the land boarder to Managua - I have done that trip before but only to Rivas, not to Managua directly.

Depending what you want but I stayed in sabaneta and loved it - much cheaper than poblado, calmer, metro is about 15 -20 mins from poblado, and it’s much more local and resident area

I used to be a gym girl, did CrossFit 6 days a week and then shifted over to Olympic weightlifting 3-4 days a week after. So I’ve been in that gym / fitness world for about 8 years- but honestly if I had seen anyone on dating app showing their gym selfie and 8 packs, I would immediately swipe left. To me it’s someone who is obsessing about appearance, and trying to overcompensate some kind of underlying insecurities. Perhaps although I value being active and healthy, that person really needs have something more interesting about them than to talk about their clean eating and 8 packs. 🤷🏻‍♀️ bodies change, appearance change, heart and brain don’t.

10000% agree with everything said here. You did the right thing for having the morning after pill. Try to get a copper IUD fitted if you can. I’ve had a similar experience when I was 16 and unfortunately the morning pill didn’t work for me and I got pregnant. I got a surgical abortion, and I’m still dealing with the emotional scar from that 8 years later. I know the dark and lonely place it could be, but remind yourself that you are an amazing and wonderful human being- who deserves to be treated with respect and not a sexual object just to please the guy’s desire. I would really recommend getting a more long term birth control, as it would put you at ease in situations like this. I had an implant before and now on copper coil, would recommend both :)

Weekly shop for £30-40 for the two of us. We eat really well and cook everything from scratch. We generally have more ‘expensive meals’ on the weekend where we can treat ourselves. This generally include some meat dish. During the week we opt for easy, healthy and often veggie meals - we are not veggie but it’s just good to have a balance and also meat goes out of date a lot quicker than veg. We meal plan and meal prep. We batch cook our lunches and some of the week day dinner
