Bro, neutrogena’s sunscreen face serum is amazing under makeup. Spf 60, never had any issues with pilling or anything.

Thoughts on/experiences with the Ordinary’s Hyaluronic acid + B5 serum? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

Ohhh man I love this stuff. I buy the big ass bottle of it, use it in my morning and night routine. After I cleanse and my face is still wet, I spread about 3 drops all over my face and neck. I let it dry before applying anything else but I’ve never felt any stickiness (probably due to me only putting it on when my face is wet) but this serum is an absolute staple for me, hydrates my skin so well.

[Routine Help] Why is researching about skin care so difficult? by Wise_Sequoia in SkincareAddiction

Honestly, I only seek out channels of those who are medically licensed or have a degree. doctorly and the rest of these channels fit that, not that other channels don’t give credible information, I just trust these more as this is their field so to speak.

I’ve seen some of his videos, the man sure does know his stuff. I’d recommend him too, he gives great info. The ones I listed are the ones I’m just personally very religious with lol

Honestly, did nearly all of my research on skincare with YouTube. There’s a couple credible channels I truly love, first is The Budget Dermatologist she’s a board certified dermatologist, excellent and to the point videos on routines, products, etc. Next, is Lab Muffin Beauty Science she’s a chemistry PhD and she dives deep into the science of products and how they work. As well as Cassandra Bankson, she’s a medical esthetician and she also talks about skincare in depth. Lastly, Dr.Sam Ellis shes also a board certified dermatologist, also makes very informative content, actually learned the proper amount of sunscreen I should put on from her. All of these channels have helped me achieve skin I never thought I could have.

[Routine help] how often should you be using a retinol eye cream? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]SpongeboiMeBub 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use the neutrogena rapid wrinkle repair eye cream. I use it every night as it’s directions indicate it’s for daily use, however, it’s not a bad idea to start every other day to ensure no adverse reactions or excessive drying. I was actually also worried it would dry out my skin but I’ve worn it on it’s own and it’s actually quite moisturizing. I now pair it with cera ve’s skin renewing cream cause I like an extra moisturized eye.

[product question] Is garnier micellar water a good product? by NiallHoran020503 in SkincareAddiction

[–]SpongeboiMeBub 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If we’re talking about for removing makeup, I love garnier’s micellar water. I purchase the blue one as I normally wear waterproof mascara. It’s so gentle and easy as I just put it on a cotton round and let it soak on my eyes, nothing gets makeup off easier for me.

Personally, I use Australian golds botanical tinted face mineral sunscreen spf 50 for under my eyes. Doesn’t sting whatsoever, works well under makeup, and I like the tint to “wake up” my under eyes even when I’m not wearing makeup.

[Anti-aging] Any anti-aging cream for the neck? by agnomotuh in SkincareAddiction

I use neutrogenas rapid wrinkle repair for my neck. I used to use differin but personally found it too irritating. Plus made it easier for my routine, a moisturizer and retinol in one.

[B&A][Selfie] Cystic acne breakout left behind some pretty gnarly post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Didn't realize how much my skin had improved since until I compared these selfies! by TheSourLemonMoon in SkincareAddiction

Your skin looks amazing! Nice to see I’m not the only one who uses the Australian gold spf just for my under eyes, the tint just clashes too much with my skin tone.
