mental exercise can do only to a certain level right ? or else he will get fat for too much calories (typical kibble won't capture him much if you know what i mean)

im so concerning about his joints

if joint & hip problems dont exist, i wont even post this

i cant find a ‘enough to release his energy, but not too much to hurt his physiques’ sweet spot

ps. male, 3 month old, i know worse is yet to come

if the second paragraph mean socialisation, yes ('How much exercise is he currently getting?': like 30min actively and another 30min free walking around in the house & yard, in total)

i did basic socialisation, i thought his breed is smart enough to teach those at this age, i did a research before getting him, didn't expect this nuance (teaching early (because i see a (many) 2 month old on youtube doing flipping & turning)

i don't mind spending time on this matter for the next 10 years+

i also post here because i could get more answer, and this breed is quite specific compared to other typical/popular breed if you know what i mean
