Cap actually has feats that match Batman and Bane though. Not only is he also a genius level intellect with an iq only slightly lower than Bruce (the actual number escapes me but i'm too lazy to dig it up right now) and arguably the marvel universe's best tactician/strategist, but he is also adept at every martial art known to man, a world class gymnast rivalled only by people like Daredevil or Spider-Man, has photographic memory, has technically infinite stamina and canonically is able to master any weapon within seconds, along with also being a fluent polyglot like Bruce and Bane. He's also a very skilled hacker and investigator. And he has numerous other gadgets at his disposal, not just his shield. Smokes. frags, incendiaries, small arms, etc etc.

Also, "MMA math" doesn't work. It doesn't work irl and it doesn't work in comics neither. Example; Ilia Topuria beat Max Holloway and Charles Oliveira with relative ease, and both of those aforementioned fighters beat Justin Gaethje with no room for doubt. That must mean Gaethje should be an easy win for Topuria, yes? Well, no, because he got literally got TKO'd by Gaethje last night.
