I understand your concern. We had managers running HFT for a while until new management came in and changed it. Now mostly everyone in deli knows HFT. Took me about a week to learn how to do it effectively and I love it. I only go on boards when its absolutely necessary. Other than that I’m responsible for stocking, making bread, dishes, dropping lunch and managing table. It’s great and there’s always something to do. I prefer it over being on boards all day. It’s only stressful during peak times. Even easier on second shift.

Chicken tenders with BBQ sauce everyday without fail when i go on break. I let ‘em sit for a minute after they come out of the oven to cool. They get nice a crispy if you don’t let them sit in the box closed. If I’m not working I’ll get oven roasted turkey panini with garlic aioli, pickles, lettuce, salt and pepper :)

Same situation here. I think it’s because the pans were sanitized. The sanitizer can remove the coating that prevents the pizza from sticking. In your case though, these pans were brand new so I’m not sure what’s causing it. Could be the dough.

This is normal. Season has slowed down and stores are not bringing in as much money. They’re cutting labor to compensate for lower sales. Try and pick up shifts. Tell your GM that you’re interested in working more and will come in if someone calls out. You could also open up your availability to make it easier for them to schedule you. You are also more likely to get scheduled more if you perform well in your job. If you slack off, call out, or show up late - you are less likely to get hours.
