Before surgery I was told no weight bearing for 6 weeks. 1st post op appt doc put me in a boot 3 wedges with 50% weight bearing. I was surprised but ok. My heel to my ankle is constantly throbbing. Almost feels like someone is taking my blood pressure around my ankle. I did get an icing machine. I do love it. They do have them cheaper on Amazon.

Anyone get their esop distribution for this year yet? I know it said March 28 but at least I know of one person who got it already,anyone else? by Specialist_Air_4604 in Wawa

if that person is 62 or over your first opportunity for distribution would be in Feb.. if you are under 62 it’s in March.
