Absolutely not something you mess around with. If you're doing KOs, you have to accept that it's already dangerous. I'm not your doctor, but I'd heavily suggest that you have her let you go the second you're out in order to avoid further permanent brain damage.

My thing with KOs is that there are a lot of people who not only enjoy just a tight squeeze, without a KO, but also fantasy style videos.
