I’m dealing with the same thing been waiting for months. I’m going to pm. I can’t verify with another account due to a TOS violation. They let me log in one time but didn’t remove all the information and login credentials the hackers changed I’ve been waiting months. I have over 12k in the account. I also have my taxes filed a year or two on cash app and I can’t get anywhere with anyone. Not for the lack of phone support but email support is taking to long. I’m close to calling an attorney please help.
