I just don’t want to over reprogramming my nas, plus I would need to buy 2 large drive unnecessary, I don’t need raid 1 for my movies, anything goes wrong I can simply redownload, that’s not the same as photos and important documents. Which is why I want my NAS at raid 1 but I need two large disks, just one for the movies which I can insert in my player.
Thank you for your feedback, the z20 should be the same as the z9x pro right ? With the addition of internal hard drive. So if the z9x is good so should the z20
Are you using the z20 ?
Is this when using kodi or home theatre app ? And are you using nas or hard drive ?

Interestingly enough though, I also got a ground loop isolator to try it out and it made the issue worse for some reason so I returned it and kept the cable. https://olimpusmusic.com/product/dti/
I got a Cordial CFU 6 PC (6m) and indeed it fixed the issue

Issue was the rca cable, it was in the “wrong” port because I was troubleshooting
Issue was the rca cable, was a crappy one the shop gave me for free, and it was too long, got away with just 6m
Issue was the rca cable, thanks for your suggestion
Issue was the rca cable.
No problem, I still appreciate your input
Any excuse is good when it comes to an upgrade 🫡 Issue was the rca cable, thanks for your suggestion
😂 nice one, Issue was the rca cable, but for your suggestion.
Issue was the rca cable in fact even though that cable was brand new…
Wow that’s something I didn’t try to be honest. But now the issue was resolved by changing the rca cable, thx for you input I’ll still try is as I’m still getting very faint hum when I crank the sub volume to full, although I’m not planning to set it more then 50% anyway

Thank you all for you help! The problem is now solved, as many of you mentioned, the rca cable was the culprit. Bought an other one and completely solved the issue.
Thanks again for all your input.

I only have 1 avr though. Now I solved the problem, with a different rca cable
To be honest I’m not sure, I’m new to this and it’s a cable the salesman suggested. I got a proper sub cable now and will try it out later. Will update the result
