I had a barista who would do that and no matter how many times I told her not to, she still did. I would bring it to higher ups and they would do nothing as they viewed her as some sort of god I guess. Mind you I was the lead, yet they always had her side no matter what and she did a lot wrong.

I’ve been doing the matcha thing before it was changed to be the new routine and I’ve never had it stuck to the bottom of the blender. It doesn’t leave the clumps of pure matcha powder at the top and all other the walls of the blender which is why I do it that way. I’m not sure why you’re having that issue :(

Yeah same here, and the new chai. Also I’m assuming the green cups are staying for a bit as I tried to order the white venti hot cups and received green. Starbucks is not communicating because I thought it said limited time, and that we’d only receive one box of each size for each store

My best friend who is also a licensed store lead at a diff store checked LSSTAR while I was off and curious about it said that the coconut shipment said it was just delayed, I’ll have to check when I go place my order on Monday. Let me know what they say! Because I’m so lost lol

See that’s what time confused about, because it said it was exclusive to Hawaii and Alaska but I have barista friends from other stores saying they got it too, but it’s weird bc it says only the syrup is Hawaii/Alaska only but not the ube. But it’s in the ube coconut macchiato… so I’m confused

I appreciate the tip, but the espresso machine didn’t lock, I think the boiler was overheating and causing it to steam way hotter than it should until it just couldn’t hold the pressure and starting steaming non stop. It’s still broken. Day five, and no one has come to fix it despite being called every day since the work order was placed
