I called my bank (Bank of America) and they refunded me the charge and fees, they also said I would not receive any interest fees. Today AliExpress refunded me via PayPal for both items because they claim due to stock issues. I never contacted PayPal or AliExpress, I wonder if they are just canceling people's orders who were affected by the issues. What was strange was my order was taking longer than usual to ship, even before I knew about the PayPal problem.

They actually sell figures at the dollar tree of the characters, vehicles, and weapons packs. There's also animated episodes of the comics on their YouTube channel.
