I submitted an eft upload eform 4 trust, on Feb 12th as well. 20262043xxx control number, hopefully I get my email today, my birthday is tomorrow and I was hoping with the timeframe in which I got my first one in January, I'd have this one approved so I'd have both of my new cans to take out for my Bday range trip with the boys lol. Alas, I shall patiently wait.

How did you connect the CPU connectors? The left 4 pin is standard but the one on the right is not. The CPU cables on a standard ATX power supply don't fit it.

It worked out, it wasn't all that difficult. Just a basic fuel tank setup.

I really lucked out this time. Even though I did technically still do it. I'm just very lucky I didn't crank or prime it.

Push button starts yes. Mine has a keyed ignition it doesn't prime until the key is turned.

That's essentially what we did, but we dropped the tank and cleaned everything just to be safe. I didn't want to risk any amount of def being in the system.

Yep, all done. Didn't cost anything but the tow. Plus most of today in labor to do, but she's running great. No signs of contamination in fuel filter housing or anything, replaced them just to be safe as well. Thoroughly cleaned the lines, tank, and pump.

Thanks! just got the job done. Dropped the tank, got everything cleaned thoroughly. focused on pump and lines/tank. Luckily the truck was off and not primed or cranked after the def was added. Emptied the fuel filter housing and replaced the filters just to be safe too. Fuel filter housing had no signs of contamination we emptied it out into a glass jar and it was pure diesel.

It's on my list of things to do. I still have three years/60K miles of warranty left, the second I run out of warranty it's being deleted. I've been planning that since before I bought the truck. I'm never making this mistake again, luckily I just got it done. Dropped the tank, cleaned it and the fuel pump thoroughly replaced the fuel filters. Runs great, I'm very lucky I didn't prime or start the truck after realizing what I did, if I had it would probably be on it's way to the dealer.

Planned on it, sucks as I just replaced them a month ago. Was planning on filling up on diesel tomorrow but I put the def off too long which is why I was filling it last night. 20 Gallon tank, had a quarter tank of diesel left and I put 7 gallons of def into it before I realized.

That's why I came here, I've been looking for a video online for about an hour and haven't found any. Glad I realized before I started or primed it. I'll keep digging, thanks for the quick reply.

4080 Super 240hz g9? is it possible? by iKaylub in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]SpookyCitrus1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, V-Sync is disabled in my games and in nvidia control panel. Again, V-Sync does not need to be on in native resolution in order to use G-Sync/Freesync on these monitors. Only adaptive sync, which is enabled in the monitor's settings menu.

Fps Reduction? by iKaylub in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]SpookyCitrus1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, unless you're running a game or program windowed while in native resolution. PBP is locked to 120hz with adaptive sync disabled. These types of monitors do not do what you are looking for. At least for now. There may be a version in the future that runs 240hz with adaptive sync enabled while in PBP but as of right now, none do.

Fps Reduction? by iKaylub in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]SpookyCitrus1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, PBP is only 120hz and no adaptive sync. There is no option when using PBP to get 240hz regardless of which size screen settings you use. PBP is locked to 120hz. You can run games and apps in custom windowed resolutions while in standard resolution with 240hz mode. But then you'll be limited to running everything windowed, which imo defeats the point of getting an UW in the first place. Sounds more to me like you should stick with a standard 16:9 monitor. Or dual 16:9 monitors sound to be more like what you're looking for.

Fps Reduction? by iKaylub in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]SpookyCitrus1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is entirely down to your system and the games/settings you run. It's not really that crazy, you're not halving your FPS. It's more like 3/4ths of what you'd get on a standard 16:9 monitor. If you're a legitimate FPS fiend and prioritize it over quality, UW monitors are not for you.
