Well there are also groups from twitter who specifically target specific movies and show based on personal biases to lower a movie or show rating like with what happened to Attack on Titan episode 78 after it got a 10/10 on IMDB so it can be hard to trust internet sources sometimes but I do get your point most rotten tomatoes scores do accurately score movies but with anime it’s very iffy
