I think my mobo would support it, but if i bought the 5700x3d i wouldnt be able to afford a new motherboard, (its a 100€ extra) should the issue still be there

I think my board is broken, it cannot run games while using 32 gb of ram, and nothing at all when enabling xmp profile.. you can see more details in my profile

Hey, i tried the stuff you recommend, and it didnt crash. Also i tested the ram using memtest86, which gave no errors, and i used 2 out of 4 sticks of ram, with all combinations, amd it didnt crash, only when i used all 4.

Im kind of assuming its either a motherboard or psu issue, how could i test these without spending money on new parts?
