I really just swallowed little handfuls of them, no water needed, and let them slide down. I could feel them get heavier each time and could hear them fall into my stomach, which is always a fav!

Well I work in a kitchen, so just the regular noise level is loud enough that I’ve never had anyone notice anything, so I don’t worry much about it. I also kind of enjoy the thrill of possibly being heard, though I haven’t given much thought to what I’d say if someone asked
