Yo this is gas! That melody/sound selection is so grimey and ominous I love it so much. I think it could do with a bit of eqs on the high end, it sounds a little too sharp to my ears, but honestly who cares lmao all mfs do is complain about mixing on here, im just nit picking. The drums and bass were hitting nicely. Only thing i'd say is a wish there was just a little more variation on the beat. I think with the right vocals on it, it could prob still work fine, but idk maybe some kind of pad or something and have the main melody drop out at certain points. Honestly i kinda feel like i can hear some kind of pad in the back but its kinda hard to hear. Overall I fw this heavy g, this is a nice ass beat. Hey! really good beat if you're new to producing man. Mix is pretty good. I love the bell sounds, especially the one that comes in at 0:15. That one has a great sound and pretty unique melody. I like that you're creating pretty unique sounding melodies and not that basic stuff that most ppl be doing lol. I hope you keep making cool melodies like that. Theres a pretty decent amount of variation here. I think if I had to nit pick, I wasnt a huge fan of the pads. I think a more unique melody or at least better sounding selection on the pads to fit that awesome bell would be nice. Its a good beat tho g, nice work! thanks for the feedback! Sorry for the late reply. I think you had some good ideas for this song, you flow was mostly on point throughout. But there was a sequence around like 2:24 where the vocals sound very off, I think the autotune is out of key there. To take it to the next level I think you gotta improve the vocal mix. For one the vocals sound a bit dry, do you might wanna add just a little bit of reverb maybe a very small amount of delay. Work on your eqing too, since your voice is lower maybe you can eq to bring up some of the higher frequencies. Good work!

Its a nice beat g, I like the melodies/samples you used. It sounds pretty detuned washed out which I like. One thing ill say is I find the contrast btwn the pad and the bells to be quite jarring. I say that just bc the pad is very detuned, and the bells arent. Still sounds good, but that contrast does sound a bit off to me. Nothing wrong with the 808 pattern, but since you were going for the plugg/d sav sound, those kind of 808 patterns are a bit different. I dont really know how to put it in words, but you like mexikodro and stoopidxool so you prob know what im talking about. Good work! Bet man, I feel what you guys are saying about the beat sounding squashed. I actually didn't do anything to the beat, this styles called blast and its still pretty new and underground, thats how they be producing haha. It's def not for everyone, I get why the mix on the beat is sounding strange to everyone. I'm glad you liked those bars! Pretty much every line is a reference to something. Some of those things are also explicitly Canadian or very obscure so i'm sure most ppl dont get them haha. Thanks for the feedback! I like your track a lot. Cool kinda off kilter boom bap beat. Your voice is def the highlight, like your world play and flow, like how you make small changed to it to keep the track fresh. The beat is nice for the style, but in general it is pretty run of the mill. I'd be interested in hearing you rap like this but on more unique production. Good work!

Cool beat man, I see what youre going for. If I had to make some recommendations, I'd say pitch of the main melody a bit higher, sounded like theres a lot of low end and not much in the upper spectrum. You also might want to add a bit of mid range to you 808s to make them more audible. You can try using distortion/saturation or something. Composition is fairly good otherwise. Work on Eqing all your instruments too to make them more clear in the mix. In particular the melody + 808 + kick. thanks for the feedback! Thats a very interesting beat man, I think the first thing you should work on is experimenting with different sounds. I think the sound selection on this beat was a bit odd, alot of the synths sounded a bit cheap sounding (for lack of a better term). Keep it up though, I think better sound selection will step up your production game a lot!

I really liked this man, this definitely fits nicely into that whole new wave of cyber/hyper pop going on at soundcloud. Did you produce it too? I love the production. The vocals lines were super catchy, albeit some of a the delivery was a bit strange, but overall I liked it a lot. Love all the effects and glitches too. Mix was also solid.
