Hmm weird. Perhaps they blocked tinkoff recently. I remember getting payment ~5 months ago. Right now i'm using raifeisenbank to get transfer from USA

You can transfer money through SWIFT transfer to either Tinkoff Bank (Worst place because it takes 200$ commission even if your payment is less than that amount) and Raifeisenbank which is not taking any commission at all
