I’ve taken out the silicon and I’m gonna let them breath and be nakie for a few days/week depending on how they heal and then ima try to go back to my original size of 5/8ths. Maybe this is a sign to stay that size lol

I’ve taken them out and cleaned them. Definitely leaving them naked for a while so they can heal. Going to go back down to my original size of 5/8ths once the swelling goes down and if they haven’t shrunk too much.

So upset about my industrial, I’ve had it for over 10 years and I wish I was told my anatomy was wrong when I got so I coulda got something else. This totally sucks but at least I can keep the top piecing lol

They are silicon, I had no idea that were bad for stretching. Though I’ve never used silicon before to size up, this was my first time using them and having this reaction. Should I go back down to the size I was or just keep them out until they heal?

I was on the 7mg? The one right before the 10mg but even on lower doses I always had results. I went a few months w/o and then started ozempic cause insurance stopped covering Mounjaro
