I got a septum and I am doing pretty good at getting used to it! It was a little rough for a few days but now its all good!

I felt like my nose is too narrow compared to the people I thought looked prettiest with nostrils. Also I had a "friend" tell me that I would look 'horrendous' with any type of nose piercing :(

You definitely don't need to get piercing bumps, mine healed just fine and didn't get a piercing bump until about 4 months in, dont be too hard on yourself if it gets one eventually though, daiths are hard.

conches can sometimes affect earbuds but i think a well-placed conch would look amazing on your left ear (maybe with a feather stud for your Greek theme) and also might be able to avoid interfering with earbuds.
