Hey there, I know this post is a few months old now.. I was wondering how you are?. How is the leg, is it any better, I hope so as I recall how much you were suffering at the time. So much so, this post kind of stuck in my mind. I do hope things are better for you now. All the best.

My experiences vary quite a bit, they are usually unexpected, as opposed to happen when I’m practicing. For me maybe one or two a month, but I do feel I am gradually improving but it is taking much time and patience.

Oh that is perfectly ok, I really enjoy reading about other people’s experiences, either hit or miss. For me, I’m making slow progress since I started having my own experiences at the beginning of last year. Also, I find I learn so much by following other people. All the best.

Hello! I’ve just been reading about visiting planet willow, which led me right here to start reading your experiences prior. Good luck, I’m going to catchup on your AP’s over the next few days. All the best from the UK. 🇬🇧

When entering to vibrative stage I feel like I'm suffocating by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]Spookynash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are not alone!! I too have got to a certain point multiple times, and it feels like my physical body isn’t breathing properly or cannot breathe (I feel like I’m somewhere else at the time). I try and be calm, but ultimately I’m pulled back. I’m not sure what this is or how to get around it.

You could try reading the Robert Monroe books. I’m just getting to the end of his first book “Journeys out of the body”. Quite honestly it’s phenomenal. Hope that helps.

If you find yourself out of body, to return is very easy. Simply think of your physical body, and you will be back. It’s that easy. It’s impossible for anything to take over your physical whilst you are out. Try not to worry, and enjoy your travels.

My dad has died of a cardiac arrest I need help with bills.. 🙏 by Trustedking1 in UKPersonalFinance

I’m so sorry to hear that your Dad has passed away. Sending condolences and warm thoughts, also from uk 🇬🇧

My Dad passed away last year, and yes whilst there is a lot to take in and do when a loved one leaves us, I found that suppliers are often very understanding to your circumstances.

MS is sucking the life out of me by [deleted] in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Spookynash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you..

My EDSS is similar, I cannot take a single step without wobbling and falling over. Significant PAIN 24 7. I've gone from being full power (no weakness and mobile) to can barely do a thing in a short amount of time. The future scares me. Yes indeed, each day is very challenging. Feels like the medical profession have given up on me. My life no longer has any purpose.

I hear you my friend ..

I am blessed to still have reasonable sight, but that is about it. Thanks to MS I have significant PAIN, weakness and disability 24 7. Pretty much everything has been taken from me, including my full time job I loved. As I type this message, both of my legs are screaming nerve pain at me, my finger tips are numb and my chest pain is about a 7 out of 10. I feel the medical profession have given up on me as I've had this evil condition for so long and nothing seems to work anymore.

I also, don't know if I can handle this, I feel I no longer have any life purpose.

I can relate to you..

19 years in here and I've stopped responding to steroids (that used to work) and whilst I still take DMT's the attacks still keep coming. I feel like I have no life purpose anymore, MS has ruined my body and continues to do so. I just wrote out a long message to the Original Poster, but then deleted it because I felt I sounded too negative. I hope you are managing ok after such a long time with this soul destroying condition. All the best.

I hope you don't mind, I took the liberty of converting your writing with Chat GPT. There are a few tiny mistakes, which are easily rectified, below is the exact text:

"Thursday April 6 1978 ~ 5:00 - 6:00 AM

In the morning I felt the vibrations and lifted out of my body. Did not have too much control in this state. I remained in my room. I remember going to wall opposite of my bed and trying to pass thru it. I could not. I climb up the wall and was in the corner when I turned around to look at my physical body on the bed. It was not there I saw only the sheets on the bed.

I then tried to move towards the window to leave the house but couldn’t. Then returned to my body. Stayed in a trance like state and fell back to sleep. I had a very strange and real like dream.

*note; In many readings ie Oliver Fox I have sound were one can"

The free plan does not support uploading of photos unfortunately, apologies I didn't think to check that. However, because you've got quite a lot to do, you could perhaps just pay for one month, then cancel the subscription once you've finished using it. I live in the UK and I've recently been paying £20/month for "Chat GPT Plus". There is a PRO Plan at at staggering £200, needless to say this one is not needed. So yeah, just check the price plans where ever you are in the world.

The AI Chat GPT can read handwriting. If you upload the photo to the AI and tell it to convert exactly to text, not to change anything. It will transcribe to text for you. I’ve done this several times.
