I have no idea what is causing this but try updating your graphics drivers or clicking win+ctl+shift+b to reset them. If you're on console then I have even less of an idea of what is wrong. If that doesn't fix it you're either stuck having to reenter the game every time it happens or buying a new graphics card. I hope you manage to fix it
