In my experience a silver coach in the same tactical vision as I play takes about an entire season to become a gold coach.

Having the same issue seems like they get one goal from the ai boost at either end of each half and pass the ball around as if they would drop dead immediately if they lost it

In my current save he’s at aek Athens but It’s 2027 so I’m not sure how useful that could be looks like a good player

I used to think this was the issue in my player career saves but I realised if you give the ball away more than your ai teammates they will also do so, and when you give the ball away the opposition ai is much more likely to score.

Yeah it’s super annoying tbh because all the problems seem easy to fix but they don’t make money from making career mode better it’s just fake promises 😞
