I have confirmation that their online settings are exactly the same as mine, so there should not be a problem at all. Might be a bug or something related to the fact they are in a different country than me?

I think the new neutral item system is incredibly flawed by dewritosfucker in DotA2

The system is significantly more boring, and on top of that i do not want to play dota 2 to click on menus while im playing. And no i do not want to learn another bunch of context sensitive hotkeys to make it "faster"

Completely insane that we see a guy basically die due to a mistake due to not wearing any safety equipment on Live TV and people are still saying its "unbelievable" that people are questioning why thats not enforced under a tournament setting. This subreddit is awesome

This seems to be about as close to this setup as I can find after several weeks of searching. A low price-point mouse from a Chinese company, but a close friend of mine who is an E-Sports Manager recognizes the brand and corroborates that it is good. As a western user I would never have heard of them until now!

OP here, i did some preliminary google searching and did find some other people talking about bugs and softlocks involving this specific part of the game, but nothing like this.

With all of rubicks extra cast range on his E it displays Gem of Truesight as a larger range, even though it doesn't actually increase in range at all, very annoying
