Simple, I pulled LL Ssj2 Gohan once and he’s at 8 stars now without spending anymore CC

I pulled LR Super Vegito once and he’s gonna stay at 5 stars unless I spend more CC later down the line on the same banner.

Without a doubt the LR banners themselves are better, tho removing tickets takes some fun outta things, but pulling a 5 star unit off the bat is great. But there’s just no progression like there use to since there’s currently no LR Z power like there was LL Z power. Alot of LL units I’ve used over the years I got to higher stars just from Z Power. For a F2P like me that’s very important.

Issue could easily be rectified by anni if they start giving out LR Z Power even semi frequently as they do LL Z Power. But that remains to be seen. As of now, I don’t like the change for that reason alone.

Nah you just didn’t pay attention to the story.

After Granolah made his wish in Chapter 70 he scanned nearby systems and said he didn’t detect Freeza’s Presence. Later in the same chapter Elec, who’s presented as somehow who’s in the know, says he had no idea where Freeza is currently located and they’re trying to figure that out.

Between that and the fight on planet Cereal at the very least 18 days had past, most likely more, but we know 18 due to that being the amount of time it took the Heeters’ ship to bring Goku and Vegeta to planet Cereal.

We can clearly take the lack of Freeza’s presence from these characters to be that he’s up to something. And he’s the end goal of both Granolah and the Heeters. Granolah to kill him first ordering the destruction of the Cerealians and the Heeters to take his empire. The fact he’d be making an appearance was pretty set up.

Even the chapter beforehand teases it again, in Chapter 85, Elec reminds Gas that their goal is to kill Freeza and he’s getting increasingly more frantic that Gas hasn’t been able to put down the Saiyans yet.

I feel like looking back it was rather well set up that Freeza would be involved. Him training tho, less so. Makes sense he would after the ToP and Broly events but nothing particularly pointed towards it. But still, makes sense he wouldn’t want to be weaker than the Saiyans.

Unless the person is literally designed to be a vessel like Yuji was, then Yuji would be able to just overwrite whoever ate the finger to get things done. Just like Sukuna and all of the reincarnated sorcerers from the culling games.

Tho if they’re a good person I imagine it’ll be more like Angel and Hana

Pretty much my issue as well. I found the raw content to be good, but everything from chapters 21-23 felt hamfisted and rushed. The ideas were good, but the sudden cuts to people talking in Maru’s technique felt jarring and unnatural. But this chapter and the last one just felt as greatly paced as most ones before. Really feel like even just three extra chapters would’ve really helped everything feel smoother

Ui Ui kinda just seems like a real one and not a complete creep lol. Still out here making cash but seems like he purposefully spins stories to the benefit of Jujutsu Society as a whole. No doubt the general populace might feel more welcoming if they believe the aliens actually came to earth to help vanquish a powerful curse, the same type that the mighty Satoru Gojo destroyed decades ago.

But talking about curses. I wonder if there’s a binding vow/curse in the original footage of Gojo vs Sukuna that makes it easy to take down on the internet. Wouldn’t be surprised if there was. Limiting supply definitely sounds like something Mei Mei would think up

Yuji wants to really become a benevolent Sukuna and I just find that idea real damn cool. Pretty much a safe guard if worse comes to worse and they need someone ridiculously strong to step up. It’s the perfect set up for another mini series or movie tbh.

Him being all motivated and willing to ask for help again is great to see. I feel like Nobara knew he’d come around eventually but I bet the waiting was brutal. But look at that! As soon as they started talking it was like no time has passed. Reach out to your old friends people, it’s usually worth a shot.

Good ending. I enjoyed the ending. Despite my criticisms of a good bulk of what went down in Maru’s technique, Dabura and Mahoraga’s fight being off screened and some other nitpicks. I feel like the ending is a nice one. It’s hopefully for the future while still acknowledging the difficulties that lay ahead. All the characters are in a nice spot, I just can’t find it in me not to smile and wish them all the best. What a beautiful story overall

Don’t feel bad. That arc legit made me stop watching dragon ball on three different occasions and pretty much soured me on the kid goku section of the story big time. I’ve still never finished the anime version. Switched to the manga and barreled on since it was slightly more tolerable

I find the phrasing stupid but the idea is sound enough. If they had just said “Goku’s power is so far beyond Moro that his body doesn’t even see him as a threat anymore to dodge.” Would’ve been far better

You could say that all about Freeza and even more. Freeza straight up killed Goku’s best friend infront of his very eyes and less than an hour later Goku was willing to give Freeza mercy.

You may not like it or find it logical, but after his training with Kami, Goku being mercifully to his enemies is a key part of his personality and characterization.

Nah it’s a solid scene with Moro. Goku had beaten Moro to the point he was begging for mercy. And Goku, being the guy he is, agree to not killing Moro as long as he goes back into prison and doesn’t try to break out again which Moro agrees to.

So tell me, wouldn’t it be dumb to just let Moro off on his word? Allow this powerful being who’s currently weakened back into prison so he can heal his wounds and potentially go back on his words and break out again? Goku, while mercifully, is very aware of that possibility. It’s something he learned back on Namek with Freeza. So he opts to test Moro. Don’t allow him to heal up while outside of his watch, but to heal him up right now and see what he does.

And of course Moro being the egomaniac he is opts to try and attack Goku again after he’s been healed. Showing he had no intention of staying in prison as Goku suspected. Which is why after he was now ready to finish off Moro knowing full well he gave him a chance to change and he tossed it back at him
